We can assist by serving:

Summary Process Summons and Complaints
Executions for Possession
All other notices and/or letters

Documents to serve can be faxed or e-mailed to our office for prompt service. We only require the original document from the court to be mailed to us for Summary Process Summons and Complaints and Executions for Possession. All other notices we can serve a faxed/emailed copy, then send you back the original return of service.

The Plaintiff/Landlord is responsible for all fees associated with the service of process and eviction of the tenant, including the removal of all personal property that is to be stored that belongs to the defendant/tenant. In most cases, to recoup the money that is owed plus whatever costs are associated with the eviction, the Plaintiff/Landlord will need to take the tenant to small claims court.
